Job Summary: A Pricing Manager to lead a team at an international logistics and transportation company, coordinating rates and negotiating with suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of goal and KPI achievement within the department. **Hr Option is seeking a Pricing Manager FORWARDER in Atizapán, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **A leading international logistics and transportation company is looking for a Pricing Manager.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, etc. (certified/graduated). * Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing within the Freight Forwarding industry. * Knowledge of Incoterms and documentation for import/export. * Experience in domestic, export, and import quotations for Canada and USA\-TEMEC, Asia, Europe, Central America, and South America (ocean, air, and land freight). * Advanced English proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Coordination of a pricing team of 4\-5 members. * Weekly reporting to the company’s director on goal achievement and strategy implementation. * Supervision and control of rates with the pricing team. * Ensuring the team provides quotations to clients timely and accurately as required. * Review and authorization of air, land, ocean freight, customs clearance, warehousing, insurance, and special project quotations. * Negotiation and development of overseas agents and new and existing suppliers. * Supervision and achievement of pricing department KPIs. * Administrative and general duties related to customer service and personnel management. **We Offer:** * Salary: $26,000 to $30,000 gross monthly, negotiable based on experience and competencies. * Statutory benefits. * Enhanced benefits (4% savings fund, 10% food vouchers, 15-day bonus in the first year and an additional 15 days starting from the second year, etc.) **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM / flexible schedule and occasional weekends.** **If interested, please apply through this channel.** **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree \- graduated **Desired Experience Level:** Managerial level **Departmental Function:** Logistics / Transportation **Industry:** Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehousing **Skills:** * Teamwork * Responsible * Organized *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69b4a4783d000031008af10e\&source\=indeed*
