A leading company in the logistics sector is seeking: **Payments Processing Analyst** Responsible for managing and tracking payments, validating files for any payment transaction, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and recorded in reports and tracking systems. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive customs entry files for verification and validation of information * Review and validate customs entry amounts with internal customers and suppliers * Review, validate, and identify customs entry numbers against account statements * Query and download customs entries from supplier portals * Prepare digital customs entry files for control, submission, and coordination with the relevant department * Record each operation in the database for tracking with internal customers and suppliers * Track and manage supplier payments **Requirements:** * Experience: 1\- 2 years (preferred) * Education: Completed Bachelor's degree * Majors: Bachelor’s in International Trade, Foreign Trade and Customs, International Relations, Public Accounting, or related fields * Advanced English proficiency **Knowledge:** * Incoterms * Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel) * ERP systems (SAP) // Platforms * Power BI **Skills:** * Sense of urgency * Think outside the box * Deliver strong results under pressure * Goal-oriented * Organized **Employment Type:** Full-time **Work Location:** 95% Remote Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,000\.00 \- $11,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Language: * English (Mandatory) Work Location: Hybrid remote in 54900, Tultitlán de Mariano Escobedo Centro, Méx.
