Monitors and controls international logistics costs. **We Are Looking For** --------------- **International Trade Coordinator** ------------------------------------ **Location:** Lomas Altas, CDMX (with willingness to occasionally travel to Tultitlán, State of Mexico) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. **Salary:** $25,000 to $30,000 net monthly (commensurate with experience) **Benefits:** Statutory benefits ### **Job Description** At **Visión Comercial Deportiva**, we are seeking an **International Trade Coordinator** responsible for managing and tracking the company’s import operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, delivery timelines, and control of logistics costs in international operations. ### **Main Responsibilities** **International Trade Operations** * Coordinate and track merchandise and raw material import processes. * Review and manage international trade documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, certificates, and permits. * Coordinate international shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. * Track customs clearance and cargo release. * Verify compliance with Incoterms, tariff classifications, and applicable regulations. **International Logistics** * Monitor transit times and shipment status. * Coordinate deliveries with warehouse and internal logistics teams. * Control international logistics costs (freight, taxes, and import expenses). **Management and Control** * Prepare import, transit time, and logistics cost reports. * Maintain ongoing communication with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and international suppliers. * Track operations using management tools such as Monday. * Identify risks in import operations and propose solutions. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum of **4 to 6 years’ experience in international trade and imports**. * Knowledge of **Incoterms, customs regulations, and international trade documentation**. * Experience working with **customs brokers and freight forwarders**. * **Advanced English (mandatory)**. * Proficiency in **ERP systems and management tools**. * Experience with **Monday (preferred)**. * Experience in the **textile industry (preferred)**. ### **Competencies** * Planning and organization * Information analysis * Problem solving * Effective communication * Attention to detail * Results orientation Location: Lomas Altas, CDMX (with willingness to occasionally travel to Tultitlán, State of Mexico) **We Offer** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. **Salary:** $25,000 to $30,000 net monthly (commensurate with experience) **Benefits:** Statutory benefits
