Documentation control for foreign trade operations **Export Analyst** An industrial sector company is seeking an Export Analyst to join its team. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel) * Experience with ERP systems (Intelisis preferred) * Intermediate English (desirable) * Professional appearance * Flexible working hours * Up-to-date tax knowledge (tariff taxes) **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, or related field * Specialization in Customs (desirable) **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year in a similar position * Familiarity with Incoterms * Experience interacting with customs brokers and international suppliers * Knowledge of Customs Law, Foreign Trade, Logistics, and International Business * Experience with customs duties **Responsibilities:** * Generate and control documentation for foreign trade operations * Coordinate and track international shipments * Quote, negotiate, and contract logistics agents * Track operations until goods arrive at the plant * Ensure compliance with internal KPIs * Maintain updated purchase order information and delivery timelines **We Offer:** * Base salary: LIBRES per month (paid biweekly) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Comprehensive benefits from day one: * Food vouchers ($1,120 monthly) * IMSS coverage from day one * Funeral expense assistance * Personal event days (birthday, marriage, paternity, bereavement) * Study scholarships for employees and their children * Excellent work environment
