Coordination of cross-functional departments. **Location:** MX \- Headquarters. **Years of Experience:** 2 to 3 years. **English:** Advanced. **Job Objective:** Manage Innovation and Export Product Renewal projects, aligned with the PMI methodology to ensure proper execution, generally including: Project Charter, Feasibility Study, Kickoff, Detailed Planning, Execution, Communication and Risk Management, Cost Control, Scope Compliance, Closure, Lessons Learned, and Post-Evaluation. **A Day in the Life of...** * Administer and coordinate the execution of innovation and renewal projects. * Apply best practices in Innovation and/or Renewal project management to ensure execution of all activities through a detailed project plan, status communication, and timely risk and issue management—ensuring on-time product launches as mutually agreed with markets. * Coordinate and complete processes for which you are responsible, to meet export product launch deadlines and requirements. (Examples of processes: SAP FERT or ZPACK master data creation, NPDI deliverables, artwork process, Transfer Price request, procurement and trial shipment tracking, sending first-production samples to customers for product cataloging, etc.). * Provide visibility and periodically communicate export project progress to involved markets, conducting regular follow-up meetings to report status of each activity and adherence to established launch timelines—always reviewing the project’s critical path and establishing action plans when necessary. * Ensure excellent project management service. * Coordination of cross-functional departments. **What Will Make You Successful:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in cross-functional Project Management. * Knowledge of international trade and international relations. * Advanced Excel skills. * PMI certification preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Project. * Experience in interdepartmental collaboration. * Intermediate Power BI and Power Apps skills.
