Customer and operator communication A leading logistics company is currently seeking your talent for the role of: **\*CONTROL DESK\*** **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field (in progress or completed) * Intermediate Office skills * 2 years of experience in logistics control desk roles * SAP and WMS proficiency (SAP proficiency is mandatory) **Responsibilities** * Updating logs (returns, rejections, orders, pending items, etc.) * Generating shipping documents for inbound and outbound shipments * Reporting inventory discrepancies versus orders * Preparing and sending reports * Generating incident reports for issues identified during receiving and shipping * Customer and operator communication **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of $11,645 MXN * Statutory benefits * Food vouchers covering 10% of salary * Vacation bonus of 50% * Profit-sharing * Uniforms * Bonus * Savings fund Schedule: ROTATING SHIFT 4X3: 6:00 AM \- 6:00 PM // 6:00 PM \- 6:00 AM If you meet the requirements, please send us your updated CV.
