With a presence in more than 90 countries, we process over 300 million digital transactions annually for more than 235,000 customers. **About the Role** We are looking for a **Lead SDET** to lead the design, development, and implementation of test automation frameworks for next-generation software platforms. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on execution and is responsible for quality and automation within the QA team. **Responsibilities** * Design and develop scalable test automation frameworks * Define and execute testing strategies (functional, E2E, data validation) * Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams * Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines * Ensure quality, performance, and reliability from the design phase * Lead technical initiatives and mentor other engineers * Analyze data to identify inconsistencies or root causes * Identify improvements and propose technical solutions **Requirements** * 6+ years of experience as an SDET or in similar roles * Strong experience in automation using Selenium and Appium * Proficiency in Java or .NET * Experience in mobile testing (iOS and Android) * Experience designing and scaling test automation frameworks * Knowledge of APIs, CI/CD, and agile methodologies * Excellent communication skills **What We Offer** * Opportunity to work at a global company * High-impact technology projects * A collaborative and innovative environment * Continuous professional development Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
