We hold the Socially Responsible Enterprise (ESR) distinction. · WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!! · Technical Analyst · Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (degree required) Minimum 4 years of experience Technical knowledge: Intermediate-to-advanced English Experience with REST APIs Postman Swagger Knowledge of the Mexican card payment and digital payment ecosystem, including acquirers, clearing houses, e-commerce, card networks, and issuers. Recent knowledge and experience implementing or ensuring compliance with standards such as PCI, EMVco (mandatory), 3D Secure, etc. Understanding of the ISO-8583 protocol and its domestic implementation in Mexico. Experience with REST APIs and API security. Experience working in monitoring and fraud prevention, especially for card payments. Preferably has participated in delivering digital payment and card payment products via mobile applications (CODI, QR, mobile POS). Responsibilities: Gathering and analyzing new operational requirements related to physical and digital cards. Ensuring correct operation of physical and digital card payments. Tracking developments, adjustments, and improvements related to cards. Responsible for ensuring that changes promoted to production are correctly validated according to current quality assurance processes and through a valid CI/CD process, to avoid impacts on system production operations. Responsible for verifying that changes scheduled for release include an automated rollback process validated in lower environments.
