We seek a Training Supervisor who contributes to strengthening our talent management processes, ensuring the integration, development, and well-being of our employees. Main Responsibilities Delivery of onboarding and training courses Incident tracking Application and evaluation of learning evidence Feedback to course participants Delivery of onboarding courses for specialized positions Design and delivery of additional courses requested by various departments of Secorse Development and implementation of training methodologies Updating and designing materials for training courses (assessments, instructional materials).
