Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Analyst with experience in collections to advise, monitor, and analyze data, report operations, and meet targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Job stability and a good working environment Key Duties of the Position: (Minimum 6 months of experience in collections required) Provide accurate guidance to collection executives. Conduct daily follow-up on assigned executives. Validate systems. Monitor live calls remotely or via recordings. Report relevant or unusual operations according to established guidelines. Attend and participate in training sessions. Meet team-established targets. Analyze relevant data to transform it into supportive tools. Provide reports and updates regarding work performance.
