PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OR MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS: Supervise assigned personnel to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Responsible for monitoring the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all personnel. Responsible for monitoring adherence to guidelines for the proper handling of hazardous materials and waste at company and client facilities. Analyze in advance the requirements for safety protection equipment and devices, etc. Responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness in work areas at company and client facilities. Participate in employee training and development. Participate in internal and external audits of the quality, environmental, STPS, or SSA systems. Reduce workplace accidents. Review and/or update all current internal procedures related to high-risk activities. Analyze safety incidents and accidents for each worker. Carry out and comply with the safety audit visit program for personnel at each plant or company with a service policy or project contract. Audit records of validity for each piece of special Personal Protective Equipment stored in warehouses, and validate its validity and usage. Prepare and provide safety folders delivered to each plant supervisor when required by clients as evidence for their internal safety audits. Represent and coordinate the company's Joint Safety and Hygiene Committee according to guidelines and regulations issued by competent government authorities. Maintain updated and frequent contact with Managers and/or Safety Officers at each Plant to obtain accurate knowledge of the safety requirements they impose for working within their facilities. Perform all job-related activities assigned by immediate supervisor and/or superiors. Supervise compliance with the Internal Work Regulations. Conduct Pre-task meetings, issue work permits, and complete necessary documentation for personnel entering client facilities.
