Experience * Minimum 2 years of experience in digital agencies, media outlets, content creation, or similar roles. Must-Have Qualifications * Excellent writing, spelling, and editorial judgment. * Experience in social media content planning and management. * Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. * Genuine interest in gossip, horror, pop culture, internet trends, and the geek universe. * Ability to identify trends and transform them into relevant content. * Organizational skills to manage calendars, priorities, and deadlines. * Creativity with strategic focus and results orientation. * Ability to work under set deadlines and coordinate creative teams. Responsibilities * Plan and execute editorial calendars for brands. * Propose content ideas based on trends and metrics. * Analyze performance KPIs to improve reach, engagement, and growth. * Optimize content using fundamental SEO and digital positioning criteria.
