**Job Objective** Efficiently manage, control, and execute the company's financial flow, ensuring proper payment scheduling, revenue control, banking management, payroll disbursement, operational expense control, and resource availability to guarantee uninterrupted operations. Responsible for safeguarding the company's financial resources through internal controls, budgetary monitoring, and fulfillment of financial obligations. **Main Responsibilities** Monitor daily bank balances and transactions. · Control and administration of corporate bank accounts. · Execute authorized bank transfers. · Electronic banking control. · Management of banking tokens and access credentials. · Payment scheduling to suppliers. · Validation of invoices and supporting documentation. · Tracking of due dates and financial commitments. · Control of advances and extraordinary payments. · Revenue and deposit management. · Reconciliation of received payments. · Biweekly payroll disbursement. · Travel allowance and reimbursement payments. · Internal loan control. · Corporate credit card tracking. · Cash flow preparation. · Weekly and monthly reporting. · Support in accounting closings. · Financial indicators for Management. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics (preferably graduated or near graduation). * **Experience:** Minimum **5 years** in this role. * **Desirable experience in:** * Corporate banking · Intermediate to advanced Excel · ERP systems · Cash flow management · Bank reconciliations · Invoicing · Budgeting · Document control. **Offered:** Statutory benefits Biweekly salary payment Net salary of $13,000 to $15,000 Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, and Saturdays, 09:00–15:00, with flexible schedule availability.
