We are looking for you — join us as: **Sales Representative** Work area: **Mexicaltzingo Metro Station** REQUIREMENTS: * **Chemist, QFB, or related degree in the health sector (degree holder)** * **Minimum 1 year of experience selling services, specialized equipment, or products in the health sector (** **Governmental or Private: Hospitals, Blood Banks, Laboratories, etc.)** * Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and quality processes. COMPETENCIES: * **Results-oriented.** * **Handling objections and closing sales.** * **Dynamism and proactivity.** * **Customer service and negotiation.** * **Effective communication.** Your responsibilities will include: * Selling projects. * Offering solutions to our existing and potential customers to ensure sales required for company growth. * Monitoring billing review and collection of generated sales. * Market monitoring to understand movements in products, pricing, and services offered by our company versus competitors. * Recording and reporting visit and sales processes in the CRM according to tools and systems provided by the company. * Providing first-level technical advisory support to our customers on product usage. * Designing and implementing sales strategies. * Seeking effective and creative ways to generate sales. * Proposing new methods to generate leads. * Monitoring and managing customer and prospect status. * Ensuring compliance with the purchase experience process.
