Production Planning Coordinator

We are Grupo GRISI, a 100% Mexican pharmaceutical-chemical company dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of leading natural-origin products for health, beauty, and hygiene, with a global presence. **We are seeking: Production Planning Coordinator** **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering or related degree (certified). * Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning and supply chain within manufacturing environments. * Experience leading teams and managing projects. * ERP system proficiency (SAP preferred, intermediate level). * Experience managing performance indicators (KPIs). * Intermediate Excel skills. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor the Master Production Schedule (MPS). * Execute MRP and analyze material requirements. * Monitor daily adherence to the production plan. * Analyze demand and adjust planning accordingly. * Coordinate procurement activities with the Purchasing Department. * Generate reports and performance indicators (e.g., service level, inventory levels, on-time delivery). * Participate in S&OP processes. **Compensation and additional benefits:** * Monthly salary. * Bonuses. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Remote work (Home Office).
