




Job Summary: We are seeking a First-Level Technical Support Analyst to resolve incidents remotely and via telephone, report failures, and document activities. Key Points: 1. Incident resolution and documentation activities ️SERVICE DESK ️ **FIRST-LEVEL TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST** What do we require? * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (internship status, in the process of graduation, graduated, ongoing, or incomplete) * Minimum 6 months’ experience in technical support via telephone or remote assistance (social service and professional practice experience accepted) * Recent graduates without required experience * Age 18–40 * Must not reside more than 1.5 hours away. Knowledge Requirements * SQL Server as Database Management System (DBMS) for data management (basic level) * Basic knowledge of networking * Windows Server (basic level) Responsibilities: * Resolve incidents remotely and via telephone * Report failures using designated tools to supervisors * Accurately document all activities performed to address incidents What do we offer? * Salary: $10,186.14 gross * Monthly bonus: $750 * Statutory benefits and additional benefits exceeding statutory requirements from day one * Work schedule: 15:00 – 21:00 hrs (Monday to Sunday, with rotating weekly rest day) Work location: Cda. de Relox, Chimalistac, Álvaro Obregón (exit at Dr. Galvez Metrobus station)
