The role will focus on \*Demand Shaping\*, architectural validation, technology governance, and strategic alignment with regional and global teams. Responsibilities \* Lead \*Demand Shaping\* processes and define technological solutions. \* Design and validate end\-to\-end (E2E) architectures. \* Conduct technical \*due diligence\* and feasibility analysis. \* Present proposals and initiatives to \*Architecture Review Boards (ARB)\*. \* Coordinate technological alignment with global and regional teams. \* Develop L1 / L2 / L3 architectural artifacts\. \* Ensure compliance with architectural standards and guidelines. \* Translate business needs into scalable and sustainable solutions. Profile \* Prior experience as Lead Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect / Solution Architect. \* Experience in enterprise architecture and distributed solutions. \* Background working with multiple stakeholders and international teams. \* Knowledge of architecture governance and technical documentation. \* Excellent communication and technical leadership skills. \# Plus \* Cloud or enterprise architecture certifications. \* Experience in digital transformation. \* Background in global corporations or consulting.
