STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION Develop executive design projects and precise quantity takeoffs that enable reliable budgeting, reduction of construction deviations, and faster commercial proposals. This position directly impacts the company’s margin and operational efficiency. 2\. DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES **Development of architectural executive drawings.** Preparation of construction details. **Generation of fabrication drawings (carpentry, metalwork, and furniture).** Quantity takeoff by work items. **Preparation of concept catalogs.** Support in analyzing unit price databases. **Coordination with production and operations departments.** Rapid technical adjustments for commercial proposals. **Digital project documentation organization. 3\. REQUIRED TECHNICAL PROFILE Architect or Civil Engineer. **2–5 years of experience in executive design projects.** Experience in commercial architecture, retail, or office projects. **Proven experience in quantity surveying.** Advanced AutoCAD proficiency. **Intermediate–advanced Excel skills for quantity takeoffs.** 4\. KEY COMPETENCIES • Numerical accuracy. • Extreme organization and structure. • Constructive thinking. • Ability to anticipate on-site construction issues. • Speed in implementing technical adjustments. • High sense of responsibility. 5\. PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) • Accuracy of quantity takeoffs versus executed work. • Reduction of field-detected errors. • Delivery time for executive design projects. • Rework level due to technical failures. 6\.
