Implement strategies to resolve labor conflicts A well-established Mexican company specializing in the marketing of Promotional Items is seeking: **LABOR RELATIONS COORDINATOR (Warehouse)** **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Law, or related field (intern or graduate) Minimum 2 years’ verifiable experience in the same role within CEDIS or warehouses, including interaction with unionized and operational staff. Knowledge of current labor laws and regulations. **Job Objective:** The Labor Relations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining effective communication between the company and its employees, and for following up on all matters related to employment contracts, internal regulations, internal policies, and labor-related issues. ***Job Responsibilities:*** Supervises compliance with the company’s internal policies, procedures, and guidelines. Maintains up-to-date employee information (personnel files, documentation, uniform sizes, etc.). Follows up on employee requests regarding vacation incidents, leaves of absence, and uniforms. Follows up on employee clarifications, complaints, and labor-related grievances. Coordinates employee training on Civil Protection, Internal Work Regulations, Code of Ethics, Job Induction, and Safety & Hygiene. Implements strategies to resolve conflicts in order to improve the work environment. **We Offer:** Salary: $16,000.00 – $17,000.00/month (gross) Statutory benefits, bi-weekly bonus payment.
