Job Summary: Engineer responsible for addressing network, voice, and field equipment failures, performing corrective and preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Routing and Switching and IP Telephony 2. On-site or field technical support with experience in MW and GPON 3. Field work with provided vehicle * Responsibilities * Addressing Layer 3, Layer 2, and voice-related failures * Addressing failures involving HSUs or ONTs * Customer service * Corrective and preventive maintenance * Servers * Firmware/image loading * Troubleshooting (networks) * Field work Requirements: * Completed engineering degree (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field) (Degree preferred) * Experience as an Engineer in Routing and Switching and IP Telephony, and on-site or field technical support with experience in MW and GPON * 2 years of experience * Willingness to travel * Valid motorcycle driver's license We Offer: * Net salary * Statutory benefits * Rotating day off from Monday to Sunday * Vehicle for transportation (standard motorcycle) * Electronic devices (mobile phone and laptop) Salary: $10,000.00 \- $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
