Technical leadership and crisis management Systems Architect **Company:** Ituran Mexico Cuauhtémoc Borough, Mexico City Hybrid mode \| Monday to Friday A leading company in satellite tracking and telemetry is seeking a **Systems Architect** with strong technical expertise and strategic vision to ensure execution of the regional technology strategy and support high-impact architectural decision-making. **Job Objective** ----------------------- Ensure proper execution of the regional technology strategy through technical project oversight, monitoring of key indicators (availability, performance, security, and costs), and cross-functional coordination across departments. Provide direct technical support to the CTO in technology decisions, solution analysis, and system architecture validation. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Conduct technical reviews of architecture and critical solutions. * Monitor technological KPIs (uptime, performance, availability). * Review strategic backlogs with technical leaders. * Coordinate regional change windows. * Technically evaluate new technology vendors and solutions. * Prepare executive technical reports for management. * Analyze critical incidents and generate post\-mortem reports. * Validate capacity planning and technological growth strategies. **Requirements** -------------- **Education** Bachelor's degree in: * Systems Engineering * Computer Science * Information Technology * Telecommunications * Industrial Engineering **Language** Advanced English. **Experience** Minimum **3 years in senior technical roles**, such as: * Systems or software architecture * Technology infrastructure * Technical PMO * Business analyst with a technology focus **Technical Knowledge** -------------------------- * Software architecture (microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, integration). * Hybrid infrastructure (on\-premise \+ cloud). * Information security based on standards such as ISO 27001\. * Observability (monitoring, centralized logging, metrics, SLAs). * Environment management (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD). * Change management and version control. * Technology cost models (CAPEX / OPEX). * Data governance and operational continuity. * Technology vendor management. **Competencies** ---------------- * Analytical and systemic thinking * Teamwork * Adaptability to change * Crisis management * Technical supervision and leadership * Results orientation **We Offer** ------------- * Competitive base salary * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers * Hybrid work mode * Professional development within a leading technology company
