**Tacos and Tacos Popo's is seeking:** Inventory Analyst **Responsibilities:** - Monitor and analyze inventory levels across all branches, ensuring information is accurate and timely to support decision-making. - Review and verify records of inputs and products entering and exiting inventory systems. - Perform reconciliations. - Identify and report inconsistencies, shrinkage, and/or significant discrepancies. - Generate periodic inventory reports for decision-making. - Support the implementation of inventory controls and best storage practices. **Requirements:** · Minimum 1 year of inventory control experience (preferably in the food, hospitality, or retail sector). · Experience with inventory software. · Inventory and warehouse control. · Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (mandatory). · Knowledge of turnover, shrinkage, and cost indicators.
