Opportunities for data automation and optimization. **Position Objective** Coordinate, manage, and ensure proper organizational information and data management, guaranteeing their quality, integrity, and availability to support strategic and operational business decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate the collection, validation, cleansing, and updating of databases from various departments. * Supervise the quality, consistency, and reliability of information used for reporting and analysis. * Design, consolidate, and monitor KPIs and operational and strategic indicators. * Coordinate the preparation of executive reports, dashboards, and analyses for leaders and key departments. * Ensure proper information usage and governance in accordance with internal guidelines, regulations, and data confidentiality requirements. * Serve as the liaison between business units, operations, and technology to align information needs. * Document data management processes and propose improvements and standardization. * Coordinate and monitor the work of data analysts or support staff, where applicable. * Support internal and external audits with reliable and traceable information. * Identify opportunities for automation and optimization in data handling and reporting. **Position Requirements – Data Coordinator** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading teams in data analysis, management, or coordination. * Experience in handling, cleansing, and managing databases. * Experience in developing and monitoring business KPIs and indicators. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. * Knowledge of SQL and database structures. * ERP or internal systems experience is desirable. * Ability to coordinate analysts or information projects (desirable). * Analytical thinking and results orientation. * High level of organization and attention to detail. * Ability to communicate information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Ethical and confidential handling of information.
