Project Architect

Description

Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect or Civil Engineer for project conceptualization, development, blueprint calculation, and coordination with engineering teams. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive conceptualization and development of architectural projects. 2. Advanced proficiency in BIM software (Revit) and design tools (Adobe). 3. Leadership, team management, and technical problem-solving. **Responsibilities:** * Project conceptualization * Client site visits * Construction site visits * Development of concepts and preliminary designs * Calculation and drafting of architectural blueprints for executive projects * Coordination with engineering teams and subcontractors * Creation of written and digital presentations **Mandatory Requirements:** * Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints. * Proficiency in Revit for blueprint drafting and documentation. * Leadership and team management skills. * Effective communication skills. * Technical problem-solving ability. * Organizational and activity-tracking skills. * Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards governing design and construction. **Mandatory Skills:** * Proficiency in AUTODESK tools such as Revit and AutoCAD. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Proficiency in MS Project. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. **Desired Skills:** * Proficiency in Navisworks * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams * English level B2 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM to 1 PM. Employment Type: Full-time, project-based or fixed-term contract Salary: $14,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
