What Skills You Need * 1\.5 or more years of Experience in Quality/Manufacturing OFP/EPDP processes * 1\.5 or more years of Welding \& Machining medium/advanced knowledge * 1\.5 or more years of Advanced GD\&T interpretation * 1\.5 or more years of KOTEM or similar measurements software (display \& interpreting results) * 1\.5 or more years of using basic Planning and Organizing tools, so can identify priorities and track deliverables. * 1\.5 or more years of using basics policies, procedures and metrics related to the Order Fullfillment Process (deviations, OpsX, PPM, DPU, SCRAP, Problem Resolution\-8Ds etc) * 1\.5 or more years of practicing Verbal Communication with team members, customers and other department coworkers * 1\.5 or more years working with negotiation skills.
