You will be responsible for providing warm and professional guest service from arrival to departure, ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience. Main responsibilities: * Greet and attend guests courteously and professionally. * Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures. * Manage reservations and answer phone calls. * Provide information regarding hotel services, rates, and promotions. * Efficiently resolve guest requests or issues. * Handle payments, invoicing, and account management. * Assist in coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: * Technical degree in Tourism, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in reception or customer service (hotel experience preferred). * Proficient in Office software and/or hotel management systems. * Intermediate English level (desirable). * Excellent appearance, positive attitude, and strong communication skills. * Flexible availability.
