Join our team as ***Production Supervisor*** Your responsibilities will be: * Meet production plans based on orders, ensuring compliance with customer requirements. * Comply and ensure compliance by subordinate personnel with safety and hygiene regulations. * Maintain order and cleanliness to guarantee product quality and prevent accidents. * Prepare reports to document production and efficiency. * Report machinery failures to maintenance personnel. * Follow up on quality defects. * Comply with applicable Quality Management System requirements. * Contribute to meeting performance indicators for your process. * Keep personnel trained to achieve planned results, evaluate competence, and identify training needs. You need: * Education: Industrial, Chemical, and/or Textile Engineering * Experience—1 year (verifiable) * Availability to work rotating shifts * Intermediate Excel skills * Knowledge and application: Quality Management Systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001 current versions), problem-solving methodologies, and EHS standards.
