TIPS AND UNIFORMS **Preparation of the work station:** * Ensure the work station is in optimal condition before starting service. * Gather and organize all necessary ingredients (meats, fish, seafood, vegetables, sauces, etc.) in required quantities and according to recipes. * Verify freshness and quality of ingredients. * Prepare and check marinades, seasonings and basic sauces as needed. **Grilling food:** * Cook food precisely and efficiently according to customer orders and restaurant recipes. * Control cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked to the desired level and meets quality and food safety standards.
