Supervise loading, route assignment, and detailed delivery execution. Responsible for the safety of team members and the operations center. Coordinate periodic and comprehensive inventory counts. Ensure sufficient inventory of materials and resources for continuous operations. Plan local and international routes. Deliver goods to customers. Collect goods at the airport. Generate and report fuel consumption metrics per kilometer traveled. Develop operational metrics and performance indicators. Operational judgment and decision-making. Ability to work under pressure and tolerate stress. Strong service orientation and customer attention skills. Warehouse knowledge (receiving and dispatching).
