Operational Management and Control (Daily/Weekly):Transit Tracking:** Continuously monitor merchandise movements between the central warehouse and retail points to prevent losses or deviations.**RFID Management:** Administer and supervise the radio-frequency identification system to ensure accurate readings and real-time stock updates.**Process Auditing:** Verify that merchandise receipts and dispatches comply with established protocols. **Training and Continuous Improvement (Monthly/Projects):Control Workshops:** Design and deliver training sessions for store and warehouse teams on best practices for inventory handling. **Discrepancy Analysis:** Investigate root causes of shortages or overages and propose action plans.
