Position Summary: We are seeking an automation professional with experience in PLC, frequency converter, and machine vision system programming, capable of analyzing problems, proposing improvements, and providing technical support and training. Key Highlights: 1. Expert in PLC, HMI, and frequency converter programming. 2. Ability to diagnose failures and propose improvements in automation. 3. Diagram design, component selection, and technical support. \- Intermediate-to-advanced PLC and HMI programming: Allen Bradley, Siemens, Delta. (Automotive function) \- Configuration and programming of frequency converters: Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi. \- Problem analysis and resolution. \- Propose and implement improvement ideas for automation equipment efficiency. \- Report utilization of assigned equipment along direct routes to plants, as well as identify improvement opportunities. \- Perform failure diagnosis on equipment. \- Read and design pneumatic and electrical diagrams. \- Component and equipment selection, and related services. \- Instrumentation and control (temperature sensors, pressure transmitters, speed sensors, etc.). \- Communication protocols: Ethernet/IP, TCP/IP, DeviceNet, ASI, ControlNet, Profinet, Profibus, CANopen. \- Programming software: Studio 5000, TIA Portal, RSLogix, FactoryTalk View. \- Operation of industrial vision systems: Keyence, Cognex. \- Automotive operation. \- Receive customer requirements: projects or process improvements. \- Conduct site visits to perform assessments. \- Submit purchase orders for required materials. \- Design equipment to be manufactured with support from the design department. \- Contribute to project delivery and commissioning. \- Provide technical support. \- Provide training on the operation of delivered equipment.
