Opportunity to advance to Branch Manager We seek dynamic individuals to fill the Multifunctional Staff role. You do not need to be an expert chef. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, cleanliness, and energy to work under pressure during peak hours. **Your responsibilities will include:** * **Customer service and sales:** Greet customers, take orders via point-of-sale (POS) system, and promote our Combo and Add-on items (Up-selling). * **Kitchen and assembly:** Operate fryers and griddles within standardized timeframes, prepare beverages, and assemble orders. * **Hygiene:** Perform general cleaning of your station. * **Process control:** Follow daily checklists for temperature and oil quality. **Ideal candidate profile:** * Prior experience of 6 months to 1 year in fast food, cafeterias, or customer service (preferred). * Excellent personal presentation. * Honesty, responsibility, and strong communication skills. * Sense of urgency. **What we offer:** * Competitive weekly base salary ($2,000 MXN net). * Comprehensive paid training program (You will learn quality and hygiene standards). * Meals provided during shifts. * Career advancement opportunity.
