Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (professional title and license required). * Preparation of work estimates based on physical and financial progress. * Review of generators, work volumes, and unit prices. Support in budget preparation. * At least 4 years of work experience. * Proficiency in specialized software (AutoCAD, CivilCAD, SAP2000, Opus, Project or similar). * Control and validation of generator numbers, logs, and progress reports. * Leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Experience in hydraulic works estimation. * Industrial safety or project management certifications (desirable). * Valid driver's license.
