EHS Supervisor Industrial Park, Castro del Rio, Irapuato We are looking for an EHS Supervisor to join our team at ISS Facility Services. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees and visitors at the industrial plant facilities. **Responsibilities:** ✓ Report all incidents. ✓ Investigate accidents. ✓ Implement the Annual HSE Work Plan (inspections, audits, trainings, etc.). ✓ Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health Plan. ✓ Generate incident and occupational risk investigation reports. ✓ Respond to inspections conducted by STPS and other government agencies. ✓ Maintain records of incidents, inspections, safety talks, and walkthroughs in the Velocity EHS system. ✓ Prepare HSE reports. ✓ Support activities required by HSE and the Safety Management System. **We offer:** 8,000 biweekly gross 600 biweekly food vouchers 5% Savings Fund Statutory benefits (100% social security, 15-day Christmas bonus, 12 vacation days upon completion of one year) Profit-sharing Savings fund Uniforms Work equipment
