Job Summary: The home collection specialist validates customer data for credit applications, develops payment plans, and fosters long-term relationships by visiting customers’ homes and offering solutions. Job Objective: The home collection specialist is responsible for validating customer data submitted in credit applications, developing payment plans for customers, and building long-term relationships with our clients. -TENANCINGO ZONE- · Main Responsibilities: Visit customers’ homes to validate data provided in their applications. Understand customers’ needs to provide the best possible solution enabling them to keep their accounts current. Provide service with respect and friendliness. Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective gear. · Requirements: Experience in customer service, sales, or collections. Proficiency in operating a standard motorcycle. Valid motorcycle driver’s license. Proficiency in using mobile devices.
