Supervise the execution of production processes and personnel under supervision, in accordance with established safety procedures and standards, as well as the authorized production plan, to manufacture wet and dry pet food on time and to specification, meeting quality and safety standards. Supervise the implementation of safety, hygiene, and environmental programs and procedures to ensure compliance with established regulations. Implement prerequisite programs and hazard control plans, as applicable. Verify that product manufacturing is carried out according to approved formulations, ensuring products meet specified requirements. Supervise and manage personnel under supervision to ensure assigned tasks are completed within scheduled timeframes, guaranteeing the use of appropriate personal protective equipment during task execution, and conduct workplace inspections to verify clean and orderly work areas. Coordinate machine downtime schedules with maintenance teams according to preventive maintenance (PM) plans. Record machine stoppages in the system using defined codes and report breakdowns to maintenance via work orders (OT). Prepare reports on machine performance, downtime, product deliveries to warehouse, and activities performed, to monitor processes and productivity in the area and ensure adherence to established production plans.
