Position Summary: We are seeking a Line Cook A with experience in Italian, Mexican, and South American cuisine, and a service-oriented disposition, to perform production and service line duties at a hotel restaurant. Production tasks and service line duties A Line Cook A is required to carry out production and service line duties, and must possess some experience in Italian, Mexican, and South American cuisine, as well as a willingness and appropriate attitude toward service. Tasks to be performed: Cleaning of areas Production Service line PEPS Dragging operations Inventory management Duties are for the hotel's restaurant Salary: Starting from $10,500.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
