Join our team. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Carry out the safe execution of operations, supervising personnel, equipment, and facilities, ensuring that operational processes run optimally and production targets are met timely and with the highest quality. **REQUIREMENTS:** Education: Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering Experience: Minimum one year in production area **SKILLS:** Compliance with regulations. Leadership. **KNOWLEDGE:** Control processes, production systems, manufacturing practices, operation of presses and rewind machines. **FUNCTIONS/ACTIVITIES:** * Coordinate all activities related to the operation and maintenance of equipment and tools, safeguarding the integrity of personnel and work areas while ensuring their proper use. * Establish, follow, and manage procedures, policies, work instructions, and standards of good operating practices. * Promote and implement the operational plan safely and schedule production. * Supervise and coordinate the execution of activities and procedures by personnel under supervision. * Prepare manufacturing sheets for press and rewinding operations, as well as register new codes or modify existing ones. * Supervise label design and specifications for production. * Strictly comply with established procedures to guarantee finished product quality. * Promote the proper and rational use of input materials required in the process. * Prepare operational reports, identifying key operational highlights. * Evaluate personnel under supervision, including occasional support from personnel in other areas. * Train personnel and update technical information. **WE OFFER:** \-Growth opportunity \-Weekly payment \-Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits (Savings fund, life insurance, major medical expense insurance, uniforms, subsidized cafeteria) \-Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
