Job stability and training **SECURITY PERSONNEL NEEDED – CUERNAVACA, MORELOS** We are looking for security personnel for condominium service. **Location:** Chulavista, Cuernavaca, Morelos **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education: completed junior high school or high school * Basic mobile phone operation skills * Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and other applications * Responsible, honest, and punctual * Service-oriented attitude and respectful conduct * Ability to follow instructions and protocols * Security experience (preferred but not mandatory) * Preferably aged 25 \- 45 **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Pedestrian and vehicle access control * Visitor and vendor registration * Use of applications for reporting and logbooks * Patrols within the condominium * Assistance to residents **WE OFFER:** * Starting salary of **$8,500 net monthly, increasing to $10,000 net monthly** from the 4th month onward, based on performance * Biweekly payment * Statutory benefits and IMSS coverage * Job stability * Training * Positive work environment **SCHEDULE:** * 24-hour shifts on a 24 x 24 basis **INTERESTED CANDIDATES:** Send a message via inbox or WhatsApp including: * Full name * Educational background * Work experience * Residential area * Contact number Employment type: Full-time Salary: $8,500\.00 \- $10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Medical expense insurance Work location: On-site employment
