Important requirements to meet: **Profile (MANDATORY):** \- Gender: Unspecified. \- Age: 28 to 32 years old. \- Willingness to travel among Cuernavaca, Emiliano Zapata, Jiutepec, and Cuautla. \- Completed bachelor’s degree (MANDATORY) in Gastronomy, Business Administration, or a related field aligned with the food industry. \- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within food-related businesses, preferably fast-food establishments. **Developed Skills:** \- Natural leadership. \- Strategic vision. \- Decision-making ability. \- Clear and assertive communication. \- Proactive attitude. \- Personnel management. **Job Responsibilities:** \- Supervise proper branch operations. \- Coordinate assigned staff. \- Ensure compliance with established processes. \- Resolve operational conflicts. \- Drive continuous improvements. \- Manage suppliers. \- Evaluate employee performance. \- Supervise schedules, customer service, and cleanliness. \- Prepare sales, expense, cost, payroll, and incident reports, etc. (Advanced Excel proficiency required).
