This role is pivotal in connecting store operations with corporate strategy, directly impacting commercial, financial, and business growth objectives. **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** To lead, monitor, and enhance the total operation of the outlet store, ensuring compliance with commercial KPIs, efficient merchandise turnover, superior customer experience, and proper management of human, material, and financial resources—fully aligned with corporate strategy. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (IMPACT-DRIVEN ROLE):** * Execute the full operation of an outlet store from opening day. * Ensure achievement of sales, margin, and inventory disposition targets. * Manage inventory with 0% deviation (cyclical, monthly, and semiannual). * Analyze and act upon key retail indicators: TP, UPT, TC, PP, MOS. * Efficiently manage human capital, shifts, and operational roles. * Conduct cash register closings and audits, handle cash, and operate POS systems. * Supervise merchandise receiving, stocking, cleaning, and display. * Execute store opening and closing procedures per corporate standards. * Collaborate actively with corporate departments to achieve commercial objectives. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: High school diploma / completed technical degree. * Preferred: Incomplete bachelor’s degree (+70% credits). * Experience: +2 years in retail, preferably in outlet formats. **PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN:** * Outlet store management. * In-store sales. * Customer service. * Store operations. * Inventory management. * Personnel management, development, and control. **KEY COMPETENCIES:** * Adaptability in dynamic environments * Total customer focus * Persuasive verbal communication * Strong commercial mindset * Planning and organization * Collaborative leadership and teamwork **WHY MARKETSTRAT?** Because here your leadership matters—and your impact is measured in real results. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary: $15,000.00 MXN gross monthly (100% nominal). * Commission plan tied to opening and ongoing sales performance. * Statutory benefits from day one (Social Security, INFONAVIT, vacation days as mandated by law, vacation bonus 25%, Sunday bonus 25%, 15-day year-end bonus). * Profit-sharing (PTU). * FONACOT. * TotalPass. * Grocery vouchers: $1,240 monthly. * Minor medical expense insurance (VRIM). * Major medical expense insurance (annual coverage). * Savings fund: 5% or 10% voluntary annual contribution (starting month 4). * Long-term loyalty bonus. * Branded uniform and footwear. * Stability and professional development within a modern, purpose-driven environment. **APPLY NOW | We want to meet you!** Join a pivotal launch, lead a strategic operation, and become a benchmark for Marketstrat’s new outlet format.
