Requirements: 4 years of experience in the Scrum Master role Experience leading multiple agile teams or operating in scaled agile environments. Intermediate conversational English Mandatory: Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent). Advanced certifications (A-CSM, PSM II) are highly valued. Responsibilities: * Facilitate the Scrum process * Strategically remove impediments * Coach and mentor the team * Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure the Product Backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with the overall product strategy and business objectives. * Work closely with other Scrum Masters, leaders, and stakeholders to increase Scrum effectiveness and adoption across the organization. * Lead and participate in Scrum planning and adoption initiatives across the organization, helping stakeholders and employees understand its benefits. * Act as a change agent, promoting an agile culture that extends beyond development teams.
