Our products, present across a wide range of industries, contribute to enhancing the quality of life for millions of people. **Job Description** * Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures. * Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Lead internal quality audits and support external audits. * Analyze quality data and prepare comprehensive reports for management. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes. * Develop and review inspection test methods and quality documentation. * Ensure proper implementation of engineering and process changes. * Participate in new product launches and special production runs. * Train and guide team members on quality processes and best practices. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial or related field). * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in quality engineering or a related role. * Advanced knowledge of quality control standards and statistical process control. * Proficiency in root cause analysis and CAPA implementation. * Experience with change management procedures and FMEA. * Solid knowledge of Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA). * Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems. * Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. * Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision. * Advanced English. * Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and drive innovation
