




Objective: Ensure proper management of the clinic's schedule, optimizing appointment allocation, reducing empty slots, and improving patient experience through efficient and proactive coordination. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators): Schedule occupancy rate: number of appointments scheduled Attendance rate: Number of patients attending their scheduled appointment. Cancellation rate: Number of appointments canceled in advance Functions to perform 1. Daily schedule management: 2. Receive, capture, and assign appointments for new clients (new awakenings) 3. Coordinate and report in advance payment for first-time medical consultations 4. Coordinate and schedule therapy sessions for patients with active health plans, ensuring efficiency in timing. 5. Confirm appointments in advance to minimize cancellations. 6. Reschedule appointments strategically when necessary. 7. Reschedule canceled appointments 8. Update the clinic's database with complete information including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and dates of birth 9. Conduct detailed follow-up on each current awakening at the clinic, know the status of each one (Session 1, 2, 3, etc.) and report to the clinical team once their current health plan ends to evaluate follow-up (Regenerative medicine health plan or membership) Inform the clinical team daily about any updates regarding patients. Health program management: Receive, capture, and assign appointment requests for new experiences (new awakenings) on requested or reported dates Handle requests made during their stay or experience and channel them to the appropriate department (clinic, restaurant, or hotel) Follow-ups (Biological medical breakfasts, Retreats, Clinic events) Follow up with attendees of breakfast events Schedule first-time appointments for buyers Follow up with all individuals and evaluate their experience.
