Work with us at ELEKTRA as a SALES ADVISOR: Your objective will be to offer an excellent customer experience by selling products and goods on credit to generate long-term relationships. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities of credit, identifying their needs to sell consumer credit. * Promote cross-selling and grow the customer portfolio with quality, creating long-term relationships. * Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. * Cambaceo: product promotion outside the point of sale. * Clean, organize, and arrange your work areas; assist in warehouse organization, support cyclic inventories, place POP materials and labels according to the defined layout. * Follow the customer service process: host role, greeting, advisory, closing, and ensuring the best in-person experience for customers. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Good communication skills * One year of sales experience, preferably in retail * Knowledge of credit sales * Enjoy customer interaction * Experience in field customer prospecting activities / cambaceo * Availability to rotate shifts and work weekends * Honesty throughout the sales process * Completed or incomplete high school **WE OFFER:** * Starting fixed weekly salary: $1,500 * Weekly commissions: $1,730 * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, annual vacation bonus of 25%, year-end bonus of 15 days per year, increasing based on seniority. * Working conditions: 8-hour daily shifts from Monday to Sunday with one weekday off.
