Work with us at BANCO AZTECA as a FINANCIAL ADVISOR: Your objective will be to ensure an excellent customer experience by selling savings, investment, and insurance products to build long-term relationships. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Advise customers on the various savings, investment, and insurance products and services offered by Banco Azteca, promoting cross-selling. * Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with a loan. * Guarantee the proper implementation and execution of savings, insurance, Afore, and payroll strategies. * Open savings accounts with balances and grow customer balances. * Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. * Obtain certification as an Afore Promoting Agent. * Cambaceo: product promotion outside the point of sale. * Make calls for placing payroll and pensioner loans. * Treat customers respectfully and exceed their expectations to encourage return visits and referrals. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Strong communication skills. * Enjoy interacting with customers. * Experience in placing financial products and providing savings, investment, and insurance services. * Knowledge of Afores. * Goal and target oriented. * Experience in field customer prospecting activities/cambaceo. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. * Honesty in performing job duties. * Minimum high school diploma. **WE OFFER:** * Fixed weekly salary from: $2,000. * Weekly commissions of: 860 pesos. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, annual vacation bonus of 25%, year-end bonus of 15 days per year, increasing based on seniority. * Working conditions: 8-hour daily schedule from Monday to Sunday with one weekday off.
