Job Description and Responsibilities * Manage warehouse operations to ensure efficient handling of TV components and finished goods. * Supervise receiving, storage, and shipping processes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to production lines and customers. * Implement and maintain inventory management systems to track inventory levels and movements. * Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure optimal material flow and prevent bottlenecks. * Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations within the warehouse. * Develop and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness. * Production Planning: Develop schedules and plans to meet objectives and ensure timely closure of work orders (WOs). * Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources—including direct and indirect labor, materials, and equipment—to optimize warehouse efficiency. * Process Improvement: Analyze and continuously improve * manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, minimize waste and scrap, and enhance product quality. * Team Leadership: Lead and manage warehouse personnel by providing training, supervision, and development, and fostering a positive work environment. * Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production issues, minimize downtime, and ensure continuous production flow. Experience and Requirements * High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering. * Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the electronics or TV industry. * Strong understanding of warehouse management best practices and inventory control systems. * Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with ability to manage and motivate a team. * Proficiency in warehouse management software and databases (ERP systems). * Logistics Coordination: Experience coordinating with transportation companies and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. * Leadership and Management: Demonstrated experience leading and managing production teams. * Ability to motivate and develop staff, manage performance, and foster a collaborative work environment. * Planning and Scheduling: Experience developing and implementing schedules to meet objectives and deadlines. * Continuous Improvement: Experience with Lean Manufacturing or other continuous improvement methodologies. * Ability to identify inefficiencies, lead improvement projects, and drive process optimization. * Health and Safety Compliance: Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices. * Experience implementing safety protocols and conducting periodic safety audits. * Problem Solving and Decision Making: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address production issues promptly.
