Ensuring transparency and compliance with internal policies We are seeking a **Procurement Manager** with experience in institutional procurement, supplier negotiation, and budgetary control to ensure efficient, transparent processes aligned with organizational needs. **Job Objective** Coordinate and execute the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with institutional policies. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate the full procurement cycle (requisition → purchase → delivery → closure) * Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and compliance * Negotiate commercial terms (prices, delivery timelines, warranties) * Manage purchase orders and track deliveries * Monitor and validate requisitions against budget allocations * Generate monthly procurement and incident reports * Maintain an updated supplier database * Ensure transparency and compliance with internal policies **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing * Experience in supplier negotiation * Proficiency in administrative systems (NAVISON preferred) * Knowledge of budgetary control **Key Competencies** * Analytical thinking and decision-making * Effective negotiation skills * Organization and follow-up ability * Ability to work under pressure * Ethics and transparency (CRITICAL for this role) Employment Type: Probationary period Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: $10,460\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company parking * Cafeteria service * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
