




REQUIRED SKILLS: Pastry and baking techniques. Packaging and storage preservation techniques considering sanitary regulations. Inventory management, certifications, hygiene standards, food preparation. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Propose and update the budget and product and service offerings for bakery, pastry, and confectionery to ensure customer attraction, retention, and loyalty. 2. Participate in the design and execution of food production within the area. 3. Manage and control inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and utensils used in preparing menu items for the area. 4. Ensure compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards in raw material inventory and in the preparation of products within the area. REQUIREMENTS: Completed high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred (in Pastry, Baking, Confectionery, or related fields).
