Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and tracking onboarding. Key Highlights: 1. Assertive communication for interacting with candidates and supervisors A talent acquisition company is looking for a candidate for the position of ***recruiter*** Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or related field. * Minimum one year of operational recruitment experience. * Willingness to commute to Alce Blanco in Naucalpan and Colonia Roma in CDMX. * Assertive communication skills. * Availability to conduct field recruitment when necessary. General Responsibilities: * Recruitment of operational and administrative profiles. * End-to-end process management. * Scheduling interviews with department heads. * Tracking onboarding progress. * Contract signing. We Offer: * Monthly salary of $10,000 * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
